Add an employee

Fill in First day at work for someone new, so their first pay counts from that day; leave it blank for people who were already here. Leave Starts and Ends blank to use the standard hours for that shift. Clock-ins are matched to a person only by their Bamboo OS staff ID, never by name. It is filled in from Bamboo OS; change it only if it is wrong.

When someone clocks in on Bamboo OS, the schedule marks them Present or Late by itself. Anyone who never clocks in becomes Absent, and anyone who forgets to clock out is clocked out after their shift ends.

Bamboo OS (the Oseitutu clock-in) sends every clock-in and clock-out here, and the schedule updates by itself. Staff are matched only by their Bamboo OS staff ID. Paste the two values Bamboo OS gave you; they are kept on the server and never shown in full again.

Load past clock-ins

Day-to-day fetching covers the last three days. To bring in older clock-ins from Bamboo OS, choose the dates and press Load. It reads one month at a time and can be run again safely.

Keep it updating when the schedule is closed

While the schedule is open it fetches clock-ins from Bamboo OS every 2 minutes. To keep fetching when nobody has it open, add a Cron Job in your hosting panel that runs this file every 5 minutes:

Add a login

An admin can record and change the Cash Drawer, open Payroll and the salaries, and add, change or remove logins. Everyone else with a login can use the rest of the CRM, look at the Cash Drawer without changing it, and change their own name and password. Passwords need 8 or more characters.
